Everyday Taco Seasoning
Mix 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Store in an airtight jar.
Classic Italian Seasoning
Combine 2 tbsp dried basil, 2 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp dried rosemary, 1 tbsp dried thyme, and 1 tbsp dried marjoram. Perfect for pasta sauces, roasted vegetables, and homemade focaccia.
Warm Pumpkin Pie Spice
Whisk together 3 tbsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground allspice, and 1 tsp ground cloves. Essential for autumn baking and lattes.
Mild Yellow Curry Powder
Blend 2 tbsp ground turmeric, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp mustard powder, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Great for stews and roasted chickpeas.
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Mix 2 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp dried minced garlic, 1 tbsp dried minced onion, and 1-2 tsp flaked sea salt. Delicious on avocado toast or eggs.
Smoky BBQ Dry Rub
