Creamy Brazilian Limeade (Limonada Suíça with Condensed Milk)
Brazil's most refreshing summer sensation: whole juicy limes blended skin-on with cold water, strained, and whipped with sweetened condensed milk and ice into an ultra-frothy, creamy, sweet-tart citrus dream.

Ingredients
Fresh Limeade Base
- 4 fresh juicy seedless limes (organic, washed thoroughly)
- 4 cups ice-cold filtered water
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust for desired creaminess)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, to taste)
- 3 cups ice cubes
- Lime wheels for garnish
Instructions
Prep the Limes
Wash limes thoroughly. Slice off the stem and blossom ends, then cut each lime into 8 wedges. Cut out the white central pith to remove any bitterness.
Quick Pulse Technique (The Golden Rule)
Place lime wedges and 4 cups of cold water in a high-speed blender. Pulse 5 to 6 times for only 10-15 seconds — blending too long extracts bitter oils from the lime peel.
Strain Immediately
Pour the pulsed liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently on the pulp to extract the fresh juice. Discard the peels.
Whip with Condensed Milk and Ice
Rinse the blender, pour the strained lime juice back in, and add the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and 2 cups of ice cubes. Blend on high for 30 seconds until pale green, creamy, and super frothy.
Serve Ice Cold
Pour immediately into chilled glasses over ice, garnish with fresh lime wheels, and enjoy this creamy tropical citrus cooler.
