Lebanese Hummus and Falafel Platter

Ingredients
Hummus:
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
Falafel:
- 2 cups soaked chickpeas
- 1 cup parsley & cilantro
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin & coriander

Make Hummus
Process chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic until super smooth. Drizzle in olive oil while blending.

Prep Falafel
Pulse chickpeas with herbs, onion, garlic, and spices in a food processor until a coarse paste forms. Shape into small balls.

Fry Falafel
Deep fry the balls in hot oil until deep golden brown and crispy on the outside. Drain on paper towels.

Spread hummus in a shallow bowl, top with falafel, and serve with warm pita bread, olives, and fresh vegetables.
