Ingredients

Batter

  • 2 cups fine semolina
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Serving

  • Melted butter
  • Honey

Instructions

Blend

Place all batter ingredients in a blender. Process for 2 minutes until smooth and bubbly.

Rest

Let the batter rest in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes until small bubbles start to form on the surface.

Cook (One Side Only)

Heat a non-stick skillet. Pour a ladle of batter. Do NOT flip. Cook until the surface is dry and covered in tiny holes.
